Question about legal marijuana

Hi ladies. I’m a labor and delivery nurse in Michigan and my coworkers and I were curious in states like Colorado where marijuana is legal how that works for pregnancy. Here, if a mom has a positive drug screen even if she has a medical marijuana card we have to call and report it to CPS. Is it the same there? Thanks!
