GYN Appointment

So I have my first GYN appointment tomorrow following an U/S. I'm really nervous and unfortunately I don't think my boyfriend can go with me because he has to work. I have to have an U/S done because my cycle is so vastly irregular and the doctor want a to check for cysts, symptoms of PCOS etc. and I've already gotten the blood work she ordered just waiting for her to go over tge results. I already know I'm going to try to get the nexplanon insertion b.c. But any tips or comments?
