spinal bifida

yesterday i went to my 20-22 week scan to find out gender i was so excited for nothing could have prepared me for the devastating news the doctors and consultants told me that my precious little girl has spinal bifida from l4 to s3. my heart is broken i have mo idea what to do or feel.. i just want some info on if i should ask for second opinion. i had the amniocites test needle one to find out if its genetic or chromesomes. everything else is normal but her spine.
