If you have to snoop, the relationship is already doomed 🙄 It’s so wrong. Especially if you don’t even pay the bill for the phone. If you don’t pay, you don’t have any right to it, regardless of what you might think. If you can’t act mature and just ask them straight up, then leave. If you can’t trust trust your SO to the point you pathetically invade their privacy, leave. Don’t waste your time or theirs by looking for reasons to find something wrong.

Mine: You should just ask. In person, when there's plenty of time. Keep your cool. If he asks why just said it would make you feel better. If he loves you (and vice versa if he asked you) then he will let you. It's perfectly normal to need reassurance here and there. Me and my boyfriend do it all the time if we feel like it. And nothing gets found. Humans naturally get paranoid. No shame in that.

I think if you’re going through their phone, you don’t trust them, which means it’s an unhealthy relationship anyways. But then if you find something? There should be no relationship.

sometimes i go on my husband's phone to look up something if mine isn't nearby or I'll go in his calendar to write cute love notes to pop up during his day but never to snoop ... in fact the one time a text came in while I was using it read it from some girl that is in one of his classes about the assignment... I started feeling a little jealous and then I laughed and laughed like give me a break we are the most loyal couple then I told my husband and he laughed too haha

If you feel the need to search through your partner’s phone without him knowing, something is wrong already. You either trust your partner or you don’t. I suggest you talk with him about whatever is bothering you and make a decision from how he reacts, but don’t snoop through his things
