I have been on zenchent pills for 5 months now. my periods have always come on time, but they have been extremely light with heavy cramping. I had a period about 2 weeks ago. today, I am on the second week of active pills and I started bleeding. I'm also having a lot of cramping and pain in my ovary area. but not the usual cramping. I feel feverish and nauseous. I have also been getting lightheaded the last few days. I am sexually active but I use condoms and the pill. PLEASE HELP. Idk what is going on.
