Baby turned?

I went for my weekly checkup Monday at 37w5d and my dr checked for dilation ( which might be a cm ). She said that my measurement and the fact that she couldn’t feel baby’s head could mean he turned from head down. I’m trying not to be nervous but I’m going to have an ultrasound Monday to see growth and position and if he has turned they may try to turn him back ( which sounds horrible ) or I might have a c-section which would be my first. Anyway I of course read up on this and am hoping for head down, this is my fourth and last pregnancy and all the others were so easy and straightforward, so for this to happen at almost 38 weeks 😩 I’m really trying not to worry. Just needed to vent but if anyone has been in this situation I would love to hear your experience.
