Confused

Okay so I’ve never had irregular periods before so I need your experience/knowledge on this. My period has been irregular since my mc in oct. I restarted in Dec. I had spotting for 5 days (super light obviously) from like nov. 30th-dec4th or so, then I had a more normal looking period dec 21st-29th. (Longer than usual). I have not had a period since. My body temp had been pretty low I. I think I ovulated twice this month. Idk if that’s possible. But I had a positive ovulation test around the 7th. Didn’t test anymore. Temp spike in the 98s about a week ago then dropped back down. Last 3 days I’ve had 98s. But no positive pregnancy test. Any idea or help?
