yeast infection?

hey girls, im really concerned about my lady parts ☹️

basically they just hurt! at first it felt bruised, then it started to itch and was dry as hell. it's still itchy and uncomfortable, i thought it was originally a uti as it was burning whilst i was wearing and i also didn't have any discharge. i don't have any discharge actively coming out, however on inspection i could see tissue like white discharge inside my vagina? is this a yeast infection or something else??? any home remedies? Xx
