Sexy weekend help?!

So ive just gotten an IUD a month ago and still spotting quite a bit but Im having a getaway weekend with my SO and not sure how to wear sexy underwear if I keep spotting so much?? Have any of you had this? I dont want to ruin our weekend by being a spotty mess😅😅😅 please help!!
