I’m Struggling

I’m 25 and TTC. My husband is definitely on board and we’re really wanting a baby. We’ve been trying for 6 months with no luck. I use 2 period trackers. I’m crazy about my ovulation time. I’m devastated not seeing that line today. Any pointers would be great.
