What should we do😓

Just found out my husband has retrograde ejaculation due to extreme abuse and abdominal surgeries as an infant and our only option is a form of IVF... We are only 22 & 23 and not necessarily "ready" for kids but we are nervous the process is going to be spendy and long... we don't know if we should wait a few years or get the process going incase anything else might come up that hinders the process any further or takes a few rounds of IVF to be successful😞 we have enough saved for probably 1 round but not much past that...

Anyone that has gone through IVF, I'd love to hear any stories you may have...
