When I say "fried egg", what comes to your mind?
I've been traveling of late, and I've noticed in the Eastern US places I've been to for breakfast that no one recognizes "fried egg". I have had to explain what I'm wanting every time, which is also called sunny side up with runny yolk or "over easy" as one waitress put it. Not that I'm a egg expert. Just curious, what comes to your mind if I told you I wanted a fried egg and what do you call your favorite manner of cooked eggs?
