One breast larger than the other overnight.

I am 17 years old and yesterday I woke up and my right boob was significantly larger than my left. My right boob has always been a slight bit bigger, but this was different. Today my boob seems to be back to normal with a slight bit of pain. Should I be concerned ? Has this ever happened to anyone else ?
