Heat rash?

I get this anytime I get overworked, hot; I also noticed if I'm stressing over something it will happen too or if it's hot outside or inside sometimes I break out. It's random. Sometimes on my face and neck kind of reddish spoltchy, with a bit of a burn or ion my leg or back or butt. Is this a heat rash, hives? What do y'all think?

It looks like heat rash to me! Lol my brothers and I have it, but make sure to get it checked by a doctor just in case! Especially if it gets worse, also try putting ice packs on the area where you break out as to not itch it too much! But other than that, you should be alright

That's what I'm thinking. As soon as I cool down it goes away. I usually get some cool water to drink and then just lay with the fan on so about 20 min later it starts to slowly go away.

and it never gets worse. It's always the same areas or just in a particular area. Just sucks! Hydrocortisone cream helps me too. I will definitely try ice packs next time too thanks.

yes omg. I get it horribly on my hands and arms. mainly in the summer and when I'm stressed. obviously I get boiling mad when I'm upset lol.
