Nosy mom

I’m an adult but my mom is still super involved/nosy in my social life, especially if it pertains to Facebook. If I casually mention a guy, she’ll ask me what his last name is, so she can look him up and tell me everything about him. I know she only wants the best for me and that she loves me (maybe a little too much) but it’s overwhelming. If a guy likes a photo of me on Facebook, she’ll immediately get on his profile and tell me everything from where he works, to his siblings and parents’ names, etc. If my ex (who I’m not over yet) gets into a relationship, she’ll tell me, even when I don’t wanna know. For example I said “I don’t wanna know who she is/what she looks like/or what her name is”, and my mom goes “her name is Courtney, she went to [local high school] and she’s blonde”. Now how tf am I supposed to get over him if she’s telling me all about her? And then she’d get on his profile throughout their relationship and tell me everything they’d say to each other. I have repeatedly spoken to her about this over the years but she just ignores me. I know y’all are probably gonna say “move out” but I wasn’t even living with her when she did that. My grandma and my dad have both told her to stay out of my social life, but she won’t. Ugh. I’m just so frustrated.
