Is this a good swaddle?

Anyone have this and like it ? It has good reviews . My LO is 6 weeks old and he’s not liking the Velcro swaddles that we purchased from target. He sometimes manages to get his hands out and he gets fussy. We’ve tried not swaddling him , but that didn’t work out because of his reflexes . swaddling him with a blanket didn’t work well for us either and I prefer not to use a blanket
