1. Giving what you think is a compliment followed by “but” is not a compliment.
2. Questioning how long it took them to lose weight and not believing it
3. Doubting their results
4. Trying to prove you’re “right” about their weight
So i ask all my fellow mature adult Women with all body types
HAVE YOU SEEN THEM IN REAL LIFE?
ARE YOU IN THE PROCESS OF LOSING WEIGHT?
IF SO, WOULD YOU SAY THOSE THINGS TO YOURSELF?
If you answered no to any and all these questions then i would like for you to please stop body shaming these women thats trying to make a healthier change in their life. Regardless of how long it takes them or if you “believe” it or not. It’s hard to start and easy to quit.
