speech delayed toddler, could use some encouragement

my sweet sunshine will be 3 in july. I know we shouldn't compare our children but I'm seeing much younger toddlers say words she's never said, and she will only say about 10 or 15 words and about 3 phrases. she understands everything but I'm just worried about her. she's in speech therapy weekly, we read every night, and I'm always talking to her. what can I do to help? or is this just a case of every child is different? I just want to talk with her and help her feel less frustrated all the time. all she wants to do is sign and point at things. buhhhhh
