Tuna during pregnancy???

Hey ladies. Is it safe to eat tuna during pregnancy ? Like if I order a tuna sandwich from a sandwich shop?

Yep! Have at it. Also, most restaurants use chunk light, which has much less mercury than albacore. Once a week is safe. I’ve been craving a tuna sandwich with extra tomatoes and pickles!
