toddler leash backpack in crowded public places..
I saw this today while at my daughter's school event. a woman has her 2 or 3 year old wearing a backpack which has a leash. she was able to keep him near her at all times but got a lot of stares/ smirks. granted, it was crowded and open to the public. he was a rowdy toddler but didn't appear to have any disabilities or anything. just curious what others think.
