Implantation bleeding?

Hello!

So I had a miscarriage the first week of December at 6 weeks preg. I got my first regular period around the 8th of January, but Sunday night I wiped and there was a bit of brown blood as well as Monday morning. I assumed my period was coming so I put a tampon and pad but there was nothing within the first 4 hours and nothing til last night again when I wiped it was pinkish brown blood and this morning as well. So I was like ok finally and I just put a pad on well right now I went to the restroom and again literally nothing! Could this be implantation bleeding or is it just my body trying to get back to normal still? Lol I’m just so confused 😭 thanks for the help!
