How long after you got married did you ttc?

I’m very excited on getting married in September but we don’t know when to start ttc for our rainbow baby.  I would like to start next July (2019) so we have about a year to spend doing what we want as a married couple. How long did you wait and is there any reason why?

We had been together six years when we got married last year, both in stable jobs and lovely big home. So we started ttc on our wedding night! So far no luck though 😔

Well I got pregnant before we got married...so I don’t have an option up there 🤷🏽‍♀️

We started "trying" 1 year before we got married 🤣 By "trying" I mean we both wanted a baby so wasn't preventing it but wasn't actively trying either. Just one of those "if it happens, it happens." Didn't get pregnant til 6 months after getting married though.

We've been ttc 1 month and it's our first anniversary in 2 weeks!

I went off birth control right before the wedding, it took us about a year to conceive. We started actively trying about 4 months after the wedding. It was a nice year of being just me and him ❤️ but we were ready when it happened

We wanted 5 years to ourselves - and we took 5 years. We're both pumped to start having kids now, and we dont feel like we missed out on anything- we also learned how to have healthy arguments and live together well. That's what worked for us- but whenever you both want a kid should be when you go for it!

We got married in September after 7 years togther and started trying just after Christmas .. currently in my TWW and anxious!!
