New pack. Am i still protected?

i just started my 5th pack of bc pill yesterday and i started the pack on time. Today was my bf and i first time not using a condom and he pulled out. Should i be fine and not worry? I tooked every other pill on time. The only thing im worried about is that im barley gonna take my second pill of the new pack today. So my question is Should i still be protected even tho i just started my new pack? Or should i take plan b?
