my boyfriend and i broke up last month and he left my house... i've been a stay at home mom he won't give me money to out re in daycare says he doesn't want her there and also never helps me at all... he also comes and hangs out in the detached garage with all his friends every night saying he has to work... he still comes in to see the baby for about 15 minutes then leaves which i now feel i need to cut off... he gives me money for her diapers and groceries still and i was trying to work things out but kept catching him looking up other girls on facebook and in lies.. we broke up because he never made time to ever see me or our daughter and then snuck out to the strip club one night while out of town "for work" then started constantly looking up a stripper he met there on facebook... last night he came into my house and woke up the baby at 11pm punched holes in the wall, raided the house looking for something he lost and said i'm keeping from him... burned out on the lawn refused to leave for an hour kept hitting my phone out of my hand and threatening to knock my teeth out after i repeatedly told him to leave and not wake up the baby anymore. this morning he found what he was looking for and i told him do not come back to my house until you serve me for court.... well, he's back here tonight with his friends. three grown men who he's given keys to my house to and i told him they needed to leave and he laughed at me and then they all started recording me yelling at them telling them to leave...he says he was "almost going to work things out" but then i pulled what i did.. even though ta all on video of him pulling up to my house opening the door with the key he took from me and punching holes in the walls hitting me waking up the baby threatening me for an hour.... what do i do? do i not let him see her until he takes me to court? i told him it would be nice if he put half the effort into finding his lost items as he did into making our family work and he then said "oh i want the baby this weekend" after i already told him i was going out of town... i don't feel safe with all these men here with keys to my house.. i can't change the locks because he gets mail here... i don't know what to do anymore....
