Playing soccer after C-Section
I’m a little more than 2 months pp and I was wondering if I can play soccer? My dr cleared me at 2 months but my family is insisting and scaring me, telling me not to play because I can get hurt. I recovered pretty quickly and I don’t have any pain. Help me!😩
