Over the year I used a lot of stuff, btw I had a lot of breakdowns( crying and getting mad) because I hated the fact that my face was so ugly and full of acne. 
Over the year I used a lot of mixtures ( home remedies ) 
For like a week or 2 i used cinnamon and honey mix on my face (it burns y'all) then I stopped for while because I had breakdowns.
After a while I started using coffee grains ( smashed) with lemon and honey. 
After that I stopped again and started using ACV (check my other comment)

Okay y'all so I tried a lot of things on my face a.k.a home remedies, I used them then I stopped then again, I started with different stuff but I feel like this is what actually worked ( may work for you or may not idk) 
I used apple cider vinegar with a little bit of water mixed, I used it every 2 days and FYI I stopped drinking milk because you know milk has hormones. 
And I also use this facial wash every day, morning and night ( I got it from 99¢ store) right now I don't use apple cider vinegar, i just started using Soy bean & olive oil (2 in 1) ( yes the one you use to cook and stuff) with my face wash ( pic down below)
