Currently 5w, 3 days and I passed a really really tiny clot and I’m spotting (very very light pink)

I did the day of my expected period.

I’ve had friends one who was 14 had spotting all through out her pregnancy. Now 18 with pregnant with her 3rd and her baby is completely fine! Another friend 17 and pregnant bleed the first 3 months. Now has two baby’s both are fine! But everyone is different get a doc apt.
