Trouble losing weight

So I’m overweight. 5’8 and around 215 lbs. Ive tried multiple diets, I don’t eat fast food or drink any pop. I eat salads regularly, but I don’t seem to lose any weight at all? I exercise weekly, and I’m in college so I walk at least a mile and a half a day.

Ive been to a nutritionist but she says my diet is fine.

Idk what to do? Any ideas?

I’m not to focused on what the scale says I just want to be healthy and like more of what I see in the mirror.
