My boyfriend and i got drunk together and when he went home he texted his neighbor calling her cute and asking her to invite him but she persisted that he has a girlfriend and she thankfully wasnt a ho, however he he next morning told her he can no longer talk to her cuz felt bad, but still never told me :/ should i break up with him?

definitely break up with him! no matter how long youve been together that is a red flag and a sign that his thoughts arent just with you. If he took the time out of his day to let another woman know that she was attractive, he is in the wrong! Dont get me wrong. there are definitely times when our men make a remark about another womans appearance, that is no big deal. if me and my boyfriend go out to dinner and happen to invite our lady friend to come and she arrives and he says she looks well or she looks good, thats perfectly okay. but doing something like your boyfriend did BEHIND YOUR BACK is not okay.
