Ladies! Workout help!

Alright, so I'm not fat or looking to gain huge amounts of muscle. BUT, I am looking for motivation. I know that those "30 Day Challenges" are not going to give me the results that I want. I weigh about 116lbs and am pretty un-tone. I am just looking to do a 30 day challenge for my arms/back, legs, and abs. I am incredibly busy and lack motivation to do a huge workout. But, if I see slight results in the next month, maybe I'll be motivated to build a workout again? (I used to workout everyday but stopped for about a year). What do you think?? Is it bullshit?? Just to get me in the groove? It'll be so much easier just following a plan too. Am I dreaming that this will help?
