nipples stopped hurting?????

My nipples were super sore with no breast tenderness around 6 dpo. now I have no nipple or breast soreness at all. My af is on 3/5. I always have breast tenderness around this time. I noticed in the shower my breasts look vainy. could it be possible that I'll get my bfp?
