Hey ladies!

So I have no idea what is going on, I go see a obgyn on Monday. I’m 33 days late for my period and on cycle day 63. This is so confusing! I’ve had all symptoms of being pregnant, I’ve taken so many different pregnancy test and all negative. On Saturday I had a vvvfl on a cheap test, but all negative after. Two days ago I went to wipe and this is what came out, and ever since everytime I wipe its little brown spots on my toilet paper, barley any. I’ve been having cramps, and lower backaches like crazy. Mostly in the evenings and night, but I’m awake all night and sleep pretty much all day.. I just don’t know what this could be, and if I could be pregnant. Please help!
