So tired! 😫😫
As I write this at about 3am I already woke up 3x so far to pee then started feeling super nauseous the last time woken up. Now having some camomile tea with lemon to try and relax me but still wide awake. I love being pregnant but this first trimester has been rough for me. I'm 9 weeks today and right now I just want to sleep any suggestions on how to get more sleep naturally ? Or is this just what is it for the next few months until I deliver
