My baby has eczema. He scratches himself at night and he hates being swaddled. It’s oozing now, and while he’s soundly sleeping, I’m freaking out. I’m cutting out all possible allergens from my diet asap...but what can I do for his eczema now? Do I clean it? Antibiotic ointment?? Help 😭
