I went in yesterday fir an ultrasound but the doctor didnt find anything in my uterus. Im 11 days past ovulation.

Not sure why an OB would even do an ultrasound at 11 DPO to be honest. They typically won’t do anything until you’re either 6 weeks pregnant or super late on your period.

there is nothing to find at 11dpo

yeah you won't see anything on an us at 11dpo. at 5 weeks the sac starts to show but you won't see fetal pole until 6 maybe 7 weeks.
