So I'm starting a new job and it's 20 mins away, I need to be there by 8:30! What time should I wake up in the morning ???

I would wake up at 7, to leave by 750-8...... Depending on how traffic is.always get there at least 10 mins early... I hate rushing in the morning so extra time to get ready and hang around the house is better than starting the day stressed.

I'd get there 5-10 minutes early, so leave at 8am. Start getting ready at 7:30 so that you're not rushing. Set an alarm for 7am and snooze a bit if you like.
