How long after losing mucus plug did you go into labor?

I am 38+4, and last night I lost my plug. I had some severe pain/cramping and went to use the bathroom, and a massive amount of mucus tinged with brown blood came out. I had my cervix checked yesterday, so I don’t believe the blood was a “bloody show”. I have had cramping on and off since, but nothing significant. How long after you lost your plug did labor begin? I have lost pieces of it since 34 weeks, but this was the whole shabang!

Well when I was 39 weeks pregnant I was in the hospital with false labor and got checked twice to see if I was progressing but wasn’t so I was sent home. When I got home I lost my mucus plug, then I went into labor the next night! (29 hours later)

I lost my plug in pieces a week before I went into labor. Then the day I went into labor I lost the rest of it at one time.. I was having period cramp pains in my lower back and belly (I had horrible back labor) he pain just got worse and worse, so then after that I went to the E.R and was already 5cm.

in lost mine after my water broke at 39 weeks and 3 days... had him 17 hours later...  took about 11 hours after for me to reach active labour.
