Really looking for hope after bad news about my husbands sperm

Ok this is going to be a long one!

We have been trying to have a baby for 3 years in April. I have been diagnosed with PCOS but with medication I am ovulating and have 53 healthy follicles and my results from my HSG were perfect!

Then we got a call about my husbands semen analysis. His concentration is 14mil (Normal is above 15), his motility is 30 (normal is above 40), and morphology 1 out of 300 is normal 😞😞 we are beyond devastated. I have been pregnant before (Oct 2016) and I miscarried at 9 weeks. Since we got these results Tuesday he has quit smoking cigarettes, which is his main vice.

Our doctor did say there are things that could be done. IVF, maybe IUI after getting sole of the “good” sperm out of the batch.

So ladies please tell me you have had similar results and still have gotten your miracle babies!
