Opinion?

Last week, after ttc for almost a year, I was told my egg supply was very low and natural conception was highly unlikely. I was crushed. I had one last pregnancy test and figured “I’m 3 days late” May as well use it. Is it my depression, wanting to see something or is there a faint line? Please be honest, thanks.
