So my last period was Jan. 6th-8th....I bd during my whole fertile window and then some after. On the 26th I started spotting which I’ve never done before,which was also five days before my next period. On the 27th I started bleeding really heavy. It lasted one full day when my periods usually last for three days. From the 28th until today i was continuously spotting. I have headaches that came out of nowhere,chronic fatigue,really cranky and irritated,lower back aches, the works. My body feels really off. What could it be?
