Best shampoo and conditioner for psoriasis?

I have psoriasis on my head and I can’t find a shampoo that will treat it completely. I have wavy dark hair so it’s very noticeable. I’ve tried t/gel from neutrogena and Malibu scalp wellness which seem to help a little bit I don’t wash my hair everyday and it needs to be done everyday to work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

i have this too. a dermatologist told me to use peanut oil. put it on your scalp, then wear a shower cap for about 4 hours or overnight. wash out with t-gel and do it every other day. it has hrlped clear mine up so there isnt dandriff or itchy scalp. plus its a way to do it without prescription. i use this remedy a lot through winter when I can't get enough vitamin D.

Nioxen.... my husband has it and we have tried everything and when we finally tried the nioxen it cleared it up within a week. He only used it 2-3 times a week and then his regular shampoo other days.

Paul Mitchell tea tree helps a bit but honestly I haven't found anything that works well. I've had medicated shampoo as well and it didn't help much either. best of luck to you!
