IUDS and weigh loss
If you had an IUD and were trying to lose weight, were u succesful? I had mirena like 2 years ago amd was trying to lose weight. I ate right did cardio and strength training but the scale didnt budge. Now im 8 months pp and thinking about gettkng kyleena but im trying to lose weight. ive only lost 2lb this months. Havent had kyleena inserted yet.
