Feeding my 3 month old baby rice

Those of you who have fed there baby at 3 months please can you share why you felt it was time and how it went for you?

My 3 month old is constantly hungry and has over a litre of milk a day, she feeds every 2 hours and sometimes feeds again straight after a bottle

She’s showing interest in our food and has really strong head control

The guidelines used to be from 3 months so I’m not sure what the problem would be
