Am I pregnant

So I took a pregnancy test a few weeks ago and it had a positive result... after a week or two I started bleeding almost like my period but heavier and with cloths I then after these two -three days of having my period I took another pregnancy test and I came out negative I then waited 5 days and took another one and it still came out negative. I have been stressing because I don’t know am I pregnant or am I not? I have as well since the negatives been having lower back pain and I felt a little nauseous for 3 days!?
