I clean my labia and perineum with soap and water. I don’t clean my vagina with anything.

I just use my loofah and bodywash over it, same as everywhere else. :) never had issues with unbalanced pH or infections.

I only use water for the inside of my vagina, none of the other stuff is necessary. It’s a self cleanser

Nothing in my vagina because it doesn’t need it. It’s not good for you to “wash” it. It cleans itself. On my vulva I use whatever dove soap is left on my hands after soaping up my body while I’m rinsing.
