Yeast infection

I have a yeast infection currently and I’m on meds I got a one time pill from the doctor and am using an insertable cream but it’s still horrible itching and SO SO SO much cottage cheese looking discharge coming out it’s horrifying tbh 😂 it’s like falling out of me pls give me other methods to manage the symptoms and help make it better
