Why am I so impatient 😭😭 rant

SO and I have been married for almost 4 years and have a 1 year old son and expecting baby #2 in September, we have been talking about buying a house for years and this year he says it will happen or at least we will get everything together so early next year we can be ready 🙄 I really wanted to wait to get pregnant until we had our own house because this house is not comfortable at all (no ac or heater) it’s a very old house that needs a lot of work. But we are pregnant and I also want a new car 😭 I drive a truck now and would like a mommy car (small suv) but my husband says it’s either a house or a car this year 😭😭

Ughh what would you rather have a new house or a new car?!
