Tips for Makeup

Any tips for makeup? I am very new in the eye makeup since I normally just do mascara. Sometimes I do a wing but don’t connect it all across my lash line so need to work on that.

My eyes are quite hooded so tips for that also.

Or recommendations for makeup products also!

I wanna get good at it for Valentine’s Day! 🎉

Idk if I want to do purple or a more natural look though.
