Masturbation hurts all of a sudden!!

So about a month ago I went on the pill for a camp to skip my period and when I came off it I have found it extremely painful to (a.) wear tampons (I had no issue before) and (b.) masturbate. It hurts to rub and to slide my fingers in (sorry for being explicit) I’m worried there’s something wrong and idk if it’s to do with the pill or not but I want to go back to normal. I don’t want to see a doctor about it since I’m only 15
