Good workout routines?
How do you find good work out routines? Im very new at this and the apps I have are so repetitive and I don't feel they are advanced enough as I barely break a sweat while doing them. Any and all recommendations are welcome! YouTube channels to follow? Websites to sign up on? Even DVD's would work. What I want to do is hire a personal trainer but that isnt in the budget 💁 Im trying to flatten my tummy and build my booty if that makes any difference.
